Corrections.
We get things wrong sometimes. This is where we admit it.
When we publish something inaccurate, we fix it at the top of the article with an “Updated” timestamp and a short note saying what changed and why. We do not delete the original error; we mark it. That is the only honest way to do this.
Found a mistake in a piece? Write to corrections@souk-weekly.web.app with the URL and the specific claim you believe is wrong. Include a source if you can; it speeds things up. We reply to every email, even the ones that turn out to be from us not knowing the difference between an emir and a wali. (Both have happened. Once each.)
